Kamchatka in Winter and Spring
Kamchatka is an amazing region, it is inexpressible experience, and at least once to Kamchatka in winter it is worth to come.
We recommend the period from July to September. This is when the snow melts from most roads and we can reach the main locations. Excursions to active volcanoes are available, as well as trips out to sea to any distance from the coast to watch killer whales, and encounters with bears fishing in rivers.
We specialize in comfortable tours where you don`t have to carry heavy backpacks and other equipment. We book only the best hotels with thermal pools and restaurants where you can try traditional dishes. The price also includes transfers and all trips included in the program.
We recommend starting with the Valley of Geysers, a field with dozens of thermal springs. Gorely is a good place to learn about volcanoes. A boat trip around the bay will give you the chance to see whales and sea lions, and the black sands of Khalaktyrsky Beach will impress you with their scenery. You can end your trip in Paratunka.
The peninsula can be reached in 8-9 hours by direct flight without transfers. The actual airport of arrival is Yelizovo, located 20 km from the administrative center. Despite this, when booking your tickets, you must select Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky as your destination city.

We pay great attention to food and accommodation. Our motto is “A well-fed tourist is a satisfied tourist”. An additional atmosphere is created by the place of accommodation, where it is pleasant to return to after physical activity during the day, have dinner in a pleasant restaurant and relax in a hot pool. All this is included in our standard group programs.
We specialize in organizing trips around Kamchatka for a wide range of tourists, and we never offer dangerous or too difficult routes that require special skills and experience. For us traveling is first of all emotions, new discoveries and comfort. Overcoming oneself, struggling with the hardships of harsh hiking life is not our specialty.
All multi-day itineraries with trips to remote points of the peninsula are accompanied by transportation that carries all the guests' belongings, cooking equipment and so on. Carry a large tourist backpack with a full set of things you will never have to. Excursions take place in a radial format - in the morning we leave the camp, in the evening we return satisfied to the table set by the cook.
We always take the opportunity to stay not in a tent, but in more comfortable options - glamping sites, cabins, even make arrangements with private people where there is no other infrastructure.
There are interesting places that can be reached only by helicopter. Such natural objects include the Valley of Geysers, Kronotsky Lake or real aboriginal settlements in the tundra. We are ready to help with the organization of such reservations, get all the permits and think over the details. The budget for flights is very high.
There are also excursions in prefabricated groups on MI-8 helicopters to standard destinations - the Valley of Geysers, Kuril Lake, volcano overflights. The budget with joining is already much smaller, and more travelers can afford them.
The history of Kamchatka is closely related to the ocean. It was the place where the natives extracted food, resources and was the main transportation system. When coming to the peninsula, add one of the boat trips to your itinerary. This is a strong recommendation.
You will see steep cliffs, still wild marine animals, feel the salty sea air on your lips. This side of Kamchatka is unlike anything else.
If you are currently already in Kamchatka and plan to spend the next couple of days in some interesting way, the format of joining separate one-day excursions will suit you best. The big disadvantage of this approach is that Kamchatka is in high demand, and there may be no places at the height of the season for today-tomorrow. But we hope you will be lucky and managers will pick up a couple of options when you contact us.
Private tours for us are not a luxury format, but an opportunity to go on a trip with just a group of friends, without strangers. They are chosen, for example, by tourists with small children who need extra attention, or by companies organizing trips for their employees and do not depend on anything.
If you have enough time - then explore the proposed group programs, watch the video presentation for each of them. Already at this stage you may be interested in something. Guaranteed dates of arrivals are also posted here, where we can add even one participant at a time. Approximately 10% of those who come to the peninsula, traveling alone. For such tourists we will find a couple in a room, or offer single accommodation with extra payment.
